Analyze

Our job is to align the right tactics to meet your business goals within a reasonable budget. We usually schedule a discovery meeting to learn about your plans, your in-house resources, your current processes and your position in the marketplace. Then, we take that information and do a little homework.

Strategize

We deliver a multi-phase approach that is custom built around the information we gathered during the discovery meeting. Our intent is to maximize the talents of your in-house staff as well as spread project dollars so that you have results after phase 1 with minimum up-front cost.

Implement

We establish milestone deadlines with tasks assigned to both parties so that we can track the quality of work and make sure we meet our final deadline per phase. Delivery of a tangile product such as a new website launch or a new product launch occurs at the end of this stage.

Train

Where software is involved or a new business process, we train you and/or your staff to be as self-sufficient as possible... within your company's operations.

Tracking the success of a project provides market intelligence without spending tons of money on market research. We care about how your clients respond to product features, the message conveyed, price points, etc. We also look at WHO your clients are; did you reach the right market?

Track

We determine tracking methods (ie. statistics, revenue) and who is in charge of tracking. This stage is most important because it establishes the value of the project and allows for adjustments during future phases.

Repeat

Statistics and other tracking methods provide us critical information regarding customer interest. We start at the beginning, analyze data to determine how the market is responding to specific web pages or your product mix (depending on the project), determine what changes will be made, and make them.

Before 2000, Mary was employed at Performance Food Group working with 254 distributors nationwide on their marketing campaigns. She graduated cum laude from Old Dominion University in 1993. Outside of work, Mary sings in a band, spends time with family and loves to create something from nothing.
